Stanford Update

November 14, 2007

I have just received a phone call from one of the Stanford nurses. They are ordering some imaging, CT Scan, etc. ; then as soon as the referral paper work is complete they will call me to make an appointment with one of their surgeons.

Trusting God,

Janiver

We will keep you all in our prayers. Thank you for keeping us informed. I know this has to be so scary for you. Remember God is your helper, your strength, your head lifter upper. I am always here if you just want to talk.

As I have said in your past "journey" you are the most incredible Christian and all the while being a lady with such strength and dignity. I don't know that I could do so well. It goes without saying that you and yours are constantly in our thoughts and prayers.

Sis Brown,
Your spirit is beautifully reflected in your blog writing. Although I have not personally met you, we share a kindred spirit in the Lord. It is wonderful to know that Jesus is always with us - and that He truly cares. With continued thoughts and prayer, Sis Karen Hopper

Jan,

You are not alone. We love you and are praying for you daily.

I know how this waiting eats at you, and at the whole family. Please be assured that the God who made and saved you is still on the throne!

Your almost-brother-in-law,
Keith

How are you today dear? I check your blog every day or so for reports. Did you get any news before the week end? I hope you and your family stay encouraged. God is in control, even when we feel our lives are out of control.
Praying for you.
Love

Thanksgiving is... when we pause and take the time to give thanks for all of our blessings. As I paused today I thought of YOU. I smiled when I remembered our fun time together on the S.I.S. cruise eating and eating and eating. ha Thank you for doing this blog so that we can travel with you through this time in your life. That's what "girlfriends" are for. :o) We are here for you and we love you much. Enjoy this day and let God take care of tomorrow. He is faithful!
Love you,
Anita
